- Refund and Exchange Policy
We have a policy for late cancelations. If the cancelation is 48 hours in advance clients will not be charged for services. If the client goes into the hospital that day they will not be charged for services. If the cancelation for care is less than 48 hours for other reasons (family in town, leaving for the day, etc.) client will be responsible for 50% of the payment for that day missed.
We also have a policy for a backup plan. If we are unable to find staff to cover a shift due to sickness and other employees are unable to cover, the clients must have a backup plan and agree to this backup plan policy.
