    I have attached a detailed letter describing my home inspection complaints. Numerous things a home inspector should have noted but did not. I have had to repair myself, as well as hire to have repairs completed. If I had known of these issues I would have asked the seller to fix the majority of them. I expected the cosmetics but not all of the other issues that needed repaired for normal operation of a home.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. 

    The only email sent to me on 4/19/2023 was the link to access my inspection.

    You may claim that you take pride in your work but that is obviously a fallacy as the numerous items missed by your inspector. This is my third home purchase and third inspection. I have also sold two homes that were inspected. So, I have been through 5 total inspections. All but this one were very through and listed ALL issues no matter how insignificant. I trusted your company to do the same. The few issues I ran into in the first 90 days I was going to just let go, however, missed items just keep showing up. I have had enough. 

    I investigated and found several others in my area that have had a similar situation with your company with the same unaccountability. NONE on your part. This an unacceptable business practice.
