    November 2022. ***This facility should be investigated for its potential INTENTIONAL NEGLECT & POTENTIAL FRAUD & BULLY lack-of-care workers!*** Unprofessional Understaffed AWFUL experience & potentially INTENTIONAL NEGLECT! Nurse herself said they are understaffed! Nurses Aid literally used the word BULLY not once but TWICE to say she will bully her patients (my loved one) into doing what they want them to do. Our loved one had min. care min. PT minimal ************ entire 20 days of HORRIBLE STAY! Our loved one - went here to get 20 days of PT only rec 2 or 3! Wellbrooke of Crawfordsville is NOT providing services/proper care as requested/billed for!-the facility workers did not know who or when for therapy, if patients been fed, or recvd medicine, etc. -minimal access to WATER! Water machine still didnt work 20 days later and when asked a nurse/aid for water only gave me a small cup of ice! -Some nurses/aids IGNORED blinking light call for help button multiple times. Loved one fell twice (or more), once was hanging off the bed screaming & banging to get help, WE HAD TO CALL FACILITY OURSELVES TO GET SOMEONE TO GO DOWN HELP OUR LOVED ONE BEC NURSES/AIDS NOT PAYING ATTENTION OR INTENTIONALLY IGNORING THEM!-loved one was screaming in pain from LACK of rec chronic pain meds properly!-nurses aids would sometimes leave food too far potentially INTENTIONAL NEGLECT!-still had not received breakfast almost 10am! when it did come it was COLD!-nurses aid literally took oxygen machine from another patient to give to our loved one (admitting didnt have enough machines) POTENTIALLY INTENTIONAL NEGLECT!-found loved one in a bed full of pee/clothes soaked up to neck! MORE NEGLECT -isolated (ignored even more) loved one after told tested positive for COVID even though all paperwork gave us said all COVID tests negative! potential FRAUD!care is AWFUL and potentially INTENTIONAL NEGLECT! SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED! This facility should be investigated
