    Had someone from their office contact me in regards to renting a home. When we spoke on the phone he was nothing but rude and cruel. He was downgrading and belittling every chance he could. His name is ***** ****. He was asking questions that didnt pertain to the rental of the property and when I refused to give him the information he became outraged. His supervisor or a higher up needs to be informed of his behavior and the way he is treating future clients or tenants. ***** **** should most definitely not be allowed to have any type of interactions with people this way.

    we moved into a apt in may 2023, not knowing we had to provide our own air and heat, and had cracked windows, A MONTH AGO. one in MY BEDROOM broke and they still have yet to come fix it, i have been repeatedly sick and they will not fix the window

    I will never rent from this company again!! Nothing is being fixed or taken care of, they do not respond or get back to you and my health care team wants me to call the health department.
