    I had garage floor epoxy and I was told that if I refer a customer to the company I would receive $150.00 and I refer my neighbor and I have not received the payment. I sent an email regarding this matter and no one from the company call me or email resolving this matter. My husband went on the company ******** page and made a comment on the non payment of the $150.00 that we did not received for the referral and someone from the company call but no one from Level 10 Epoxy issue the money.

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience as we work to address your concerns. Our team has diligently investigated the matter regarding the referral fee you mentioned. However, after thorough examination of our records, we were unable to identify any referral linked to Mr. or *******************. We also provided all communication on the matter between Level 10 and the ******* Residence. Throughout this communication we have attempted to learn who they referred and multiple times they have been unable to provide us the name or address for their suggested referral. In order for us to process referral rewards, it is essential that specific information regarding the referred client is provided, including their name and address. We have attached our "take care sheet" which outlines the necessary requirements for a referral to be validated. Additionally, we distributed thank you cards to all our valued customers around Christmas time, which included referral business cards for your convenience. We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of all our customers and encourage you to reach out to us directly if you have any further questions or concerns. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

     I am rejecting this response because: when we had Level 10 Epoxy, LLC did the epoxy in my garage my husband show *******, who reside at ***** ******* *********** and he got his gargage epoxy a few weeks/months after.  The same workers who put in the epoxy on my garage did ******* also.  If Level 10 Epoxy wasn't going to keep their work, then I would not had then put their signs in our front yard.
