I hired D1 appliance to fix my washing machine. He came and didnt know what the issue was so he recalibrated it and said record the exact noise next time, to which I did later that evening and sent it. He responded back once that evening. The next day I heard nothing from him. I finally reached out the next evening to tell him whatever he did made the machine worse. 2 hours later no response still. I finally texted him on his personal cell he gave me and he ultimately told me to find someone else and called me miserable. I asked for a refund of my $100 service/warranty fee considering i was still within my 14 warranty period. He laughed.

I called D1 appliance to get my oven repaired. I was told it would be free if I signed up for a service package of $100 a month for two years. I was told it was not a hard credit inquiry. I was told the ac condenser wasnt included. Also the drum of the dryer. After I paid and he was leaving he sent me the contract and I noticed he forgot to fully disclose what wasnt covered. He failed to let me know about the ice machine, fridge doors, ice maker cooling system, and others were not included. I was hit with a hard inquiry on my credit. I have been unable to reach the company after many attempts.

On September 28th I hired D1 Appliance to fix my refrigerator. Upon completion, he proceeded to sell me a 5-year service warranty to cover appliances, which I purchased for both of my homes totaling $3950. The following day when the refrigerator continued to get warm, it was very difficult to reach a technician despite trying for about 10 hours and never received a call from any technician that day. When the owner contacted me the following day, I stated I did not feel comfortable continuing the warranty due to the lack of communication and requested a refund. He declined. I also sent a certified letter within the allotted 72-hour timeframe as indicated by Federal Law Title 16 Part 429. I have yet to receive my money despite several attempts.
