  Outstanding customer service with multiple emails back and forth to ensure i got the right product for the best deal . They went over everything with me . Would highly recommend and I will definitely be a repeat customer

  Really bad design. We purchased a shelf and it came to us cracked. They sent us another one and that one was also cracked but because it took many calls to customer service and sending photos, we decided to just keeep it. Then, we couldnt get what we needed out of the shelf once we locked it. We had to download an app which didnt work and had to jump through hoops to talk to multiple people. My husband said he is not going to put anything in there and at this point its just a $400 shelf thats useeless. The company really also didnt do anything to help resolve it like send us a new shelf or give us other options.

  I bought the Tactical Traps shelf and it worked fine for a couple of months, then the battery inside died and luckily it came with a battery pack in which I placed 4 brand new triple a (aaa) Duracell batteries into it then went over to the shelf and plugged it in. It Didn't work. I tried again, still didn't work. I called customer service and they asked what kind of batteries I was using I said Brand New Duracell batteries and she said "oh, we recommend using energizer batteries", I laughed and then told her I would break open the unit and buy another one from a reputable company. She proceeded to tell me if I would send a Video of the process to support of what I was doing to try to get it to work (which was plugging in the accompanying battery pack into the bottom of the unit), she might be able to speak with someone about fixing the unit. Be aware if planning to buy from this company.

  I have bought 2 of these shelves. The first one was nice but I decided to return the second one. I contacted them and returned the item in the original box and packaging. They received it on May 1st and it is now May 13th and I have not received my refund for it. I have sent several inquiries about it and keep being told that I would get it but still nothing. Im very disappointed with this company.

  I ordered a shelf for a Christmas gift and added upgrades with a light and the light arrived broken. It did not work and I notified the company immediately. When i notified the company of this they sent me the wrong replacement. When i let them know they told me i was required to ship it back and pay for it in order to get the correct light. Very poor customer service and would not recommend this company to anyone. Its pretty sad you purchase something brand new and cant even get it replaced. I have family that were interested and i told them to find another company. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  Ordered a custom shelf as a Christmas gift. The person lives over 800 miles away. We noticed shelf was not functioning as expected, and could not reach customer service representative. A part arrived in our mailbox 2 weeks later which requires instalation of a part with directions that read "very firm pressure needed to install". No apology or explanation on why the part was no already installed, and no return response to calls or emails to further discuss. As previously stated, shelf is over 800 miles away and my elderly parents are not going to be able to complete. This company DOES NOT care to follow-up once they have your money, buyer be ware.

  I ordered three of their traps. Good workmanship and they work as they should. It did take a while to get the orders but they finally came unscathed. Sale prices are fine but please enough of the "we screwed up" silly tactics. Doesn't look good for the business. They have good products but just need better management, IMHO.

  The lock on our shelf stopped responding to bluetooth and keycards, after several calls we were instructed several times to break open the lock and mail it back and they'd replace. Now they wont replace and demand we pay for a new lock regardless we were told several times to break it as it wouldn't open. Would NOT recommend the company as they don't follow through.
