    Indiana Walk-In Tubs installed a walk-in bathtub seven months ago, costing well over $10,000. First time use resulted in a water leak into the basement. Contacted Indiana Walk-In Tubs and the company said that their installer quit, and I would have to arrange for the repairs myself and Indiana Walk-In Tubs would reimburse the costs of the repairs. After having the repairs done by a reputable plumbing company, costing over six hundred dollars, Indiana Walk-In Tubs has not paid one cent of the repair to fix a leak that they created by not installing the drains properly. Have contacted Indiana Walk-In Tubs several times to no avail, leaving me with the additional $600 bill.
