    My wife bought me a gift card for $100.00 last Christmas, and went to Andys Car Wash in Decatur, IN- AND WAS TOLD THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS.

    I have tried numerous attempts at contact . Texts, and voicemails also. No response.I would need pics of card and 16 digit numbers on card.This information would need to be transferred to merchant service company to validate.

     Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

        Based on the fact ****'s in ************* ( as they stated ) is not associated with the Decatur car wash-  we will just have to accept being out of the $100.00 we paid for the gift card

    For Christmas I received several gift cards for this car wash. I went today to use one and I was informed he bought the business and is not accepting gift cards that were purchased from the old owner. The value of all 5 is between $200-$250.

    I have talked with *********************** about this issue.
    She was very understanding and I have all the information from her to give to our merchant service company to verify amounts.
    She missed all of our notices in town about our buyback program for gift cards. 
    She assured me the only reason she contacted bbb was prompting from *********************************, our renter at our car Wash property to do so.
     He also informed her there was no other way to contact **.
     As soon as we get verification from our merchant service company, reimbursement will be sent.
    If there is any questions or concerns please let me know. I will, as always try and do the best business possible.

    Hello,

    The former manager at Andys Car Wash reached out to me and wrote me a check for the amount my gift cards were worth. I appreciate him reaching out and making this right. This resolution has been resolved. If this matter needs anything additional please reach out.
