     I am rejecting this response because:

    I have not signed any documents for Renovate Counseling. It is likely my son's mother may have, in which case Renovate should be sending her a bill instead of having the receptionist ask me for money. She has no authority to sign for me. I would be glad to pay the fee as originally posted as $25 in the signage taped to the receptionist window at the ******** location. I consider my conversation with the receptionist who was asking me for money as "direct communication" already, in which the issue was unable to be resolved.

We have signed documents from you stating that you are aware of our policies and procedures, which are consistent, standard and straightforward across all offices, but I would be more than happy to discuss this with you further and clarify anything that you need us to. I am not sure why you did not reach out to us directly, but I am happy to discuss this with you through whatever channel is best for you.     There is no such signage in any office, and our policies have been consistent across all offices for several years. I have documentation signed by you stating you understand all of these policies. Please reach out to me directly to discuss this further, as I would welcome that conversation. We have made numerous attempts to connect with you this week, but have not yet heard back from you. I look forward to speaking with you further.
