      I simply applied for a HUD income based property I thought would be easy to apply for. They wanted $8 upfront , and the manager for the **************** told me by mail she didn't get my money order. Of which ************* shows it was cashed by the company. They kept asking me for more information if which I did t need to supply on my application. Also I already shared with them my credit and history report my current landlord had about me. I feel this company is dishonest. I've reported them to my state Attorney General and the ********** as well. I have attached my money order receipt as proof I sent them a money order. This company is totally dishonest. Why should they require a local police report. When they seem to be the deceitful in their business dealings with new potential tenants.

      We lament to read about the opinion Mr. ****** has of our company but stand by our policies.   We do not accept background checks that are older than 6-months, in this instance, the one provided by the applicant was over 4 years old. 

      Biggs Property Management will gladly refund ********* the $8 since processing of his application had not been initiated and our team's efforts were solely focused on getting the documentation needed to begin processing.  The refund will be mailed to the address on file.

      So I moved in here back 2021 4 months after I moved in I discovered bedbugs in my unit had this place sprayed 4 times exterminator said I was in the clear thought that took care of the problem so now in 2023 I go to move out only to find I have bedbugs yet again so I cant move out until the problem is resolved they set up an appointment to have me sprayed yet again I am tired of this this has been an ongoing nightmare since I moved in here Im tired of them going the cheap route all they do is spray that doesnt seem to do anything the exterminator ***** all he does is spray and I dont think he does a very good job he doesnt do the heat treatment I really want these things gone and since I moved here theyve cost me another place to live because Biggs goes half a** cheap route on everything Im about to just be homeless if this doesnt get handled properly and professionally Im stuck here for another year because the people that were going to move me to a new apartment refused to move me because of this mess so Biggs incompetence cost me another place to live but my neighbor who also had a bedbug issue was able to move out of this h*** hole no problem PLEASE HELP..

      We are sorry to hear about ******************** experience and want to provide some clarification. Our management team has been in contact with **************** to keep him updated on the situation. It's important to note that BPM does not dictate when **************** can move out so long as he is within the terms of his lease. 

      At BPM, we take bed bugs very seriously. Our records indicate that ******************** unit was inspected on 10/26/23 during our annual inspection, and no bed bug activity was found at that time. We conduct inspections at least twice a year to ensure the safety and comfort of our residents.

      When we received a landlord verification request on 11/30/23 from ******************** potential new landlord, asking about bed bug activity, we promptly inspected the unit again and confirmed the presence of bed bugs. To address this issue, we have scheduled a professional third-party contractor to treat the unit on 12/6/23 and confirmed the activity in the landlord verification request. 


      We are committed to working with **************** to eliminate the infestation in his unit, and we will continue to provide support and assistance throughout the process.

      We lived here for a year. The ** unit was blowing heat. They charged the unit and it worked for five days. After it was charged it only lasted 24hours. I have been without an ** unit all of August and July. I want it repaired! Please
