I have taken my vehicle there about 3-5 times now to be repaired it all started with if i remember correctly my water pump going bad and we did some other maintenance and changed out tires totaling to $2.2k in July. Since then weve taken the car back multiple times just for something else to go bad within a matter of weeks or days it feels like. the total repair costs are in i think $3-4,000 now. The car left us stranded on side of road because the radiator or water pump exploded about a month later. We just got it back from taking it last week and now the car is shaking horribly and the dash is lighting up like christmas but upon picking up car was told nothing was wrong with it and they couldnt find any problems. My car is an older car a 2009 camry but its reliable and ive always kept up to date with maintenance but since taking my car here the problems have skyrocketed from just being an oil leak problem and i cant help to think that theyre scamming me or they simply dont know what theyre doing and doing this to others. On receipts there is spark plugs that have been replaced again within ~3mon. and prices are consistent as well. Im out of a job for all this thats going on and losing more and more money but never getting my car actually fixed. I also didnt know certain labor on car was different from regular i was charged for oil, spark plug labor alongside with the regular labor that was used to fix car, that also is a bit odd.

On October 21, *** came in and left his car to be checked at my shop. He said the car was losing battery charge and asked for me to check the alternator after looking over the car. I called him back to let him know that the alternator was working fine that it seems like the car has a misfire in the injections and that he needed a new injectors And that if he didn't fix those injectors that it could cause other problems. *** asked for us to change the alternator and the injectors. I recommended that used A specific oil on his injectors.

On 11/8/24 Mr. **** ***** came in to my shop with worries of a radiator in the motor of his car We let him know that it was the water pump that was needing to be replaced. He also asked that we check the oil and there was a gasket that needed replaced.  That is when we gave him the estimate with labor cost (1,414.02)

Then three months later, Mr. *** called me to inform me that his daughter was driving the car on the interstate and the car started smoking and asked if I could look at the car I picked up the car and looked over the car after looking over the car it seemed as the radiator was needing to be replaced. It was over 2655 miles of when I replaced the water pump, which was the initial issue. I followed clear instructions from Mr. *** and make sure to let him know pricing and my recommendations before I did any work on the car.

It seems like it is Leo's daughter who submitted the complaint, but I did all business Deals with ***.
