    After 33 years of doing all house maintenance myself, at 3 different properties, I really needed help with Priming my rental's pressure tank. Again, this was a ********** job, nothing gigantic. Due to an overabundance of hours at work I was unable to fix it myself. Krooswyk sent a very inexperienced worker out to my rental. Those were his words, not mine. Before I even got out of my car, I had a very unprofessional looking kid walk up to my window saying that the entire pressure tank and pump needed to be replaced. I walked into my rental and there was approximately a half inch of water throughout the entirety of the room. After giving me some BS reason why my entire system needed to be replaced he left. Yeah, he left with my floor covered in a half inch of water. When my tenant told me he had left, I immediately called the office to see if leaving a house submerged in water was common practice for them, or if I was special. The receptionist told me she would call the driver and see what he had to say for himself. After another 30 minutes of my drywall soaking up the water like a sponge, I got a call back. "There is someone coming back there to fix the situation." she said. Another half hour goes by, and two new "plumbers?" arrive. After mopping up all the water, they investigated my well pump. They determined that the previous employee had INSTALLED THE NEW CHECK VALVE BACKWARDS!!! I have to stop here because my Blood pressure is going to kill me. In the end, I ended up putting a new check valve on...correctly...and Krooswyk stuck me with a $500 dollar bill. I never had to replace the pump or tank. Its very sad that the one time you reach out to a professional, these are the results. Maybe Ill ask for help again in another 33 years. Go to the river for water before you call on Krooswyk.
