    On 6/10/24 my 2014 lexus lx 570 was traded in and sold to the dealership and the dealership sent a written agreement request to Major Manufacturer Vehicle Service Contract ******************************* to mail me a $3,000 warranty refund check i reference to my 2014 lexus lx 570 vehicle RMMA02447, 2/25/23-2/25/26 Major Manufacturer Vehicle Service Warranty Contract. I never filed a claim or used the RMMA02447 Major Manufacturer warranty contract I originally paid $4,000 for last year. I need Major Manufacturer to mail to my address the $3,000 warranty refund check. I called major manufacture and left voice msgs at *****************-513-5184 and I also sent them an email to ****************** but I havent heard from major manufacturer. Well, next steps is to file with the IN Attorney General/legal court action if needed. Regrettably, Im a disabled veteran and have others things to do Please see the attached picture of my vehicle original RMMA02447 Major Manufacturer warranty contract.

    THE CUSTOMER WILL RECEIVE A REFUND. THE REFUND PROCESS STARTS WITH DEALERSHIP WHO SHE PURCHASED THE *** FROM.

    IT HAS TO BE ACCOMPANY WITH A BILL OF SALE OR ODOMETER TO CALCULATE THE CORRECT PRORATED REFUND.

    THE CANCELLATION FORM WAS ACCOMPANIED WITH ODOMETER STATEMENT & FAXED TO ROYAL ADMINISTRATION WHOS RESPONSIBLE FOR REFUND.

    THAT WAS FAXED ON THE 15TH OF JUNE.

    THE VEHICLE WAS TRADED IN ON THE 10TH OF JUNE SHE GETS FULL CREDIT FOR THE DATE OF THE 10TH OF

    JUNE. THE CHECK WILL BE SENT TO LEXUS OF ************ WHERE THEY WILL ISSUE THE PRORATED REFUND CHECK. *** DID HAVE COMMUNICATION WITH ROYAL ADMINISTRATION & THE PRORATED REFUND CHECK IS SCHEDULED TO BE MAILED TO DEALER NEXT WEEK.     I CALLED AND LEFT SEVERAL VOICE MSG'S AND EMAILED ************, ************ ************ ************ ****************** I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING FROM ******/MAJOR MANUFACTURER. THEN I HAD TO FILE A BBB COMPLAINT AGAINST major manufacturer vehicle AND ****** FINALLY ANSWERED GIVING FALSE INFORMATION TO THE BBB. LEXUS OF MERRIVILLE STATES THAT MAJOR MANUFACTURER IS SUPPOSED TO MAIL TO MY ADDRESS MY RMMA02447 WARRANTY REFUND CHECK FOR $3,000. 

    I NEED MY contract # RMMA02447 WARRANTY REFUND CHECK MAILED TO ME OF $3,000 FROM major manufacturer  ****************************************************/********************** P.O. Box 516, **** IN ***** ************, ************ ************ rocky ************ ****************** ON  2/25/23-2/25/26 I PURCG-HASED FROM major manufacturer THE vehicle contract warranty. THIS IS THE WORST SO-CALLED major manufacturer WARRANTY COMPANY AND *** AT LEXUS OF MERRIVILLE, IN WHO SOLD ME THE WARRANTY DOESN'T WORK THERE ANYMORE. BE CLEAR ******!     Thanks BBB because at first, I tried making contact with *************************** Major Manufacturer Vehicle Service *************************** Box 516 in 
    **** IN ***** via email, and phone calls. ****** major manufacturer ignired my initial efforts to contact them. It wasn't until the BBB made conatct on my behalf. Then ****** major manufacturer answered. The initial warranty contract RMMA02447 is a bunch of mess, "not helpuful to me as a customer." And in the end, as long as within the next ten business days.I get at least a $3,000 refund check from ******/Lex of Merr, IN. Unfortunately, ******/major manufacturer will never get any business from me.
