    Awesome laid back smoke lounge. I love the not having a 2 cigar minimum. Great selection of cigars. Will allow own music to be played, but at low volume to not disturb their music. Great food and selection alcoholic beverages and non to pair well with your cigar so you can now relax, smoke and watch sports.

    Well I have never posted a complaint or criticize a cigar lounge on social media before because I believe in the cigar culture of coming into an establishment enjoying a good smoke. BUT after sitting down for a smoke and drink at Level Up last night, I asked for a cup of water, the waitress said it was $3.99 for bottle water. I told her I just want a cup of ice water with my drink $16.00 and she mentioned they couldnt give it to me like that. My friend asked for the manager and he said they dont do that, but after going back and forth, he gave me a cup of ice water like he was doing me a favor after I just purchased 2 Cigars and a drink. Correct me if Im wrong but when you buy a drink at the bar isnt that the normal getting a glass of water??? The other ppl in the group wanted water as well but they didnt bring it to them. I will not be patronizing? a business that I have to go back and forth with you over a simple glass of TAP WATER?????#Cigarlife #SOTL
