    10/14/2023 I electronically/online paid the balance of $84.07 in full.10/17/2023 it shows this was debited from my account 10/26/2023 I received a balance due notice and called to ask why when it was paid in full. I was told to call back in a few weeks, it would be taken care of.In December 2023 it stated it was still "pending"1/2/24 I received a past due notice and called to ask why, spoke with *****. He said it would be escalated and to call back in 5 days.1/8/24 spoke with ********, he said to send an email to ***** to showing a screenshot that this was debited from my account and he would escalate the payment. Sent same.1/15/24 - LMOVM to call regarding payment as received another past due notice 1/17/24 - LMOVM and sent an email regarding status of this as I received yet another past due notice.1/17/24 called my credit union to ask what to do. They are thinking it is a scam since I would have technically been turned into collections if I was not paying my bill, and suggested I contact BBB.Please help. I do not want my credit ruined over a bill I paid in October.

    The names and amount due mentioned do not match our records.  Additionally, we do not ask for screenshots of bank accounts for proof payment was made. We believe this request for payment may be for another service unrelated to the practice or possibly a scam as noted by your credit union.
