    I am a return customer. I ordered a transmission for my car. I paid with a certified check for $4,189.00 through the ***** I have copies of the order and its confirmation and confirmed delivery from the ***** The order and payment was received June 26, 2023 as per postal receipt. The check stated the specific purpose of the payment. What was supposed to take a few days for delivery is now only a straight forward run around. First, I was told they had the wrong address for shipping. They eventually confirmed that they had the correct shipping address. Now, my inquiries regarding delivery to the repair shop are empty assurances that it will be checked out by their shipping department and no further response is offered. No part IN STOCK takes 3 weeks for shipping and delivery. I emailed yesterday that if I didnt receive shipping confirmation by today, and the tracking number, I wanted my money returned to me via certified check and the paperwork to confirm it, AS I PROVIDED TO THEM BEFORE I SENT IT TO THEM. Ive gotten NO RESPONSE.
