    On 7/24/2023 a severe hail storm damaged my house. I requested a contractor to come out and review the roof damage. On 8/17/2023 we filed a claim with State Farm in Greenfield, Brooke Palmer agency. On 8/17/2023 I heard from a claims manager, ***************************** in ************, she told me that she was sending out an adjuster from ******** to review the damage. On8/20/2023 the adjuster claimed that there was damage to the gutters but not the roof. On 8/31/2023 we were told we would receive 600 dollars for the gutters but nothing for the roof. On 9/1/2023 we called the office in Greenfield, and requested that they send another adjuster out, to which they said two had already been sent out and if we wanted another person to look at the roof we would have to pay for it. I then called them out on that because I have cameras all around the house and told them to send me documented proof which of course they couldnt. They then said they wanted us to send pictures of the damage from our contractor to them which I did. All surrounding homes have had complete roof replacement. Its amazing how these homes were severely damaged but mine was not. Its also amazing that my gutters were damaged but my roof was not. My wife has made repeated calls to no avail, never being able to talk to the actual agent in charge, this is no way to operate a franchise that receives large amounts of money and offers nothing in return. We have been a customer of ******************** Farm for over 35 years, and am livid about the situation. FYI our neighbor has the same insurance but different agent, and their roof is being replaced as I type this. Thank you for any help with this matter
