    I hired Red Beaver Fence & Deck through an insurance claim to install a fence at my home in mid-July 2024. I trusted them to do the job right the first time, but that trust has steadily eroded due to ongoing issues with the gate, which has come apart three separate times since installation.

    ***, the lead installer, has been out multiple times for repairs, but he never lets me know when he’s coming or even knocks on the door when he arrives. I find it unprofessional for someone to enter my property without basic communication. Even more frustrating, each time he’s made repairs, they’ve been temporary band-aid fixes instead of addressing the root cause of the problem.

    They had the fence up in about 8 hours on install day, which initially seemed impressive—but in hindsight, it feels rushed and careless. Since then, I’ve had to reach out repeatedly to have the same issue repaired, and it’s still not resolved properly.

    I didn’t ask for anything special—just a solid, working fence and gate. This has now been a problem for almost a full year, and I’ve grown tired of the repeated inconvenience, lack of professionalism, and poor workmanship.

    I’m requesting that Red Beaver provide a permanent solution, not another quick fix, and that they start communicating professionally when they need access to my property. As this was handled through insurance, I expected higher standards and proper accountability. I’m filing this complaint in hopes that it prompts real resolution and a commitment to doing the job right.
