    Was in my back yard to remove a tree and without permission removed several things in my back yard. One of them being a tetherball pole game for my k9. They broke it when moving it across my back yard and didn't even attempt to return anything where it belonged in my back yard. My dog attempted to play with the ball pole and it fell on her. He was contacted and after several attempts said to send him a picture of the pole and he would order another to be delivered to my home. Over a month later, I have had to ask several times. Today a make shift pole was put in the broken base in my yard and the base never moved back where it was supposed to be. They weigh a lot when filled with the recommended amount of water like I did and I am not able to budge it. I suspect he left it where it was so he did not break it again. He lied about the resolution of his unethical business practice.

    I did remove a tree in said backyard with permission of the home owner (landlord).I have never met**** ***** before then.My help went to move the tetherball set which was just a pole and stand the pole he said was already bent.I informed the home owner ****** and was told that I don't need to replace the pole.Just so there were no issues I went on and ordered it.Stopped by as soon as the item came in and put the pole in the stand and removed the broken one.I have received several threatening messages from Kelly and not sure how to make her happy.

    I am rejecting this response because

    This is a completely fabricated response on his part. The owner of the home never stated that, he never asked permission from ANYONE to remove my belongings and when he brought a new pole, he actually broke the base worse by drilling into it with a cheap pole he purchased that didn't go with my set. It now leaks and isn't even the height it should be. I am out the entire amount after he accepted liability and stated he would order a new one and have it delivered. If he wasn't in the wrong, he shouldn't have stated that. I never threatened anyone other than with court, business reputation and reporting to this BBB. Thanks. If he does not replace the set like he stated, I will see him in court.

    I'm not sure how to respond to *** ******* accusations.Ive attached a screenshot of the receipt where I purchased the tetherball set like I told her.Ill just have to take this as a lesson to take pictures of everything I do so I have proof.I apologize for any inconvenience she was caused but I see no way of making her happy.I did have permission to go on her property and remove the tree by her landlord lesley.

    I am not requesting more than what he offered to do. He broke my device. A device that held a 70 lb dog. They bent it moving it and when they straightened it back out, it broke. He admitted that but instead of telling me, he left it sitting on the opposite side of my yard and didn't say a word. He had permission to remove a tree but didn't get permission granted to move anything in my yard. The homeowner did not say for him not to replace it, I have attached the document stating he was to reach out to my daughter to remedy the situation because I was very sick. I waited over a month with him making excuses and then he shows up without permission and goes back in my yard again and drills an off label pole into my device, rendering it useless. It is over 3 feet shorter and now leaks from being drilled. He had no permission to reenter my yard again. I'm asking him to do what he said he would. He also left part of the tree stump that was discovered 2 days ago when my dog stepped on it and required medical attention. I didn't mention that, but will now. He did a horrible job with the stump removal and left a mess. He needs to do what he stated he would do and replace the device he broke. He is also not to enter my yard again without prior notice.
