    Harman Professional ***** A *************** Customer PO#********** Order #********** Order #HA - US01042408 We have attempted 4 times to return our order to Harman Professional, Inc.1. We initiated the return online and nothing happened.2. We called, the return was processed over the phone and were told to await an email with a shipping label. The email never came.3. We called a second time. They told us to "rest assured" our label was being processed. It never came.4. We called again today (10/10/2023). Stayed on the phone with "JC" for 45minutes. He also told us to "rest assured," that he was having the shipping label generated. He kept placing us on hold and then suddenly the line went dead. They had all of our contact information *************** so I waited some time for him to call or message us. Nothing came so ****. We called again. (10/10/2023) Explained our issue and were told to check our email, 1) that the shipping label had been sent and that there were no issues on their end regarding returns; 2) placed on hold, then told that they were not authorized to generate a shipping label; 3) then, oddly, we were told their returns' system was down and that no supervisor would be able to offer assistance; 4) we were told to remain patient because this was not an ordinary order; 5) Once again advised we wait 24 hours for an email with our return shipping label.This was a $601.54 order. We don't have any other recourse. The communications have been repetitive and sketchy. Each time, even with different personnel, we were asked to verify our email address, phone numbers, order number, etc. After 3 phone calls, it's odd we still don't have a resolution.
