    I have an Actia cluster in my rv. The warning bank lights were not working. I reached out to Actia and worked with **** ********** and ******** ******. After numerous e mails forth and back they believed the warning bank module went bad and stated they did not carry the board I have and suggested to replace with pca ******. I received the part and it did not resolve the issue. They then opened a *** to send in my complete cluster for inspection and possible repair and then subsequently cancelled it stating they do not have anyone that can work on it. I in turn sent my cluster out to D&D instruments that confirmed the board Actia sold me would not work with the system. I attempted to reach out to Actia for a refund for the board they sold me that would not work with my system however they would not respond. They sold me a part that would not work , collected my money and then ignored me. Purchased on 8/14/2024 invoice in-*****-24. Since Actia supplied bad information and took my money for the part that is not compatible they should refund the money. I am more then happy to send the board back which they sold me for a total of $226.23 Im still left with a non functioning warning bank in the rv with no support from Actia which in turn can also cause an unsafe situation not knowing of any issues due to no warning lights.I was willing to pay they to see if they could also fix my board but unfortunately they left me high and dry.I want either a refund or replacement or repair.

    The total amount I was charged was ****** and not the stated amount in the e mail from Actia of 156.23
