    Do not order from "**************************". I ordered jewelry and my order was immediately confirmed. Then nothing. I waited and waited, sending multiple emails inquiring with NO ANSWER. I tried calling 3 different numbers from the internet. No answer. I just finally requested my credit card refund me but it may be too late to get my money back. You've been warned.

    Dont buy here bad customer service, their salesmen dont know the cars and they dont even clean or inspect them fully. Than when you call about an issue they just act as if its your fault you bought a car with issues.

    I went to purchase a 2014 ******* Tucson on September 9th 2022. The evening of September 13th 2022 a rod blew through the side of the motor. All of the fluid levels were perfectly fine days before the motor blew as well as the day after it blew. My uncle has been a mechanic my entire life. Im about to be 27, so I would say he knows what hes talking about. Even he himself said the fluid levels were perfectly fine the day after the motor blew. *************************** at Wholesale Kings has been refusing to let me speak on the issue. Was highly unreasonable and would not let me get a single word in edge wise. When I said that I wanted him to show me in the contract I signed that my down payment was non-refundable he refused to do so. Would sit there and tell me that I had to do it when I had already said that had looked through half of the contract and couldnt find it myself. Im not stupid by any means. The fact that they ALL are so unwilling to work with me is absolutely unreal. The way ***** spoke to me today, September 21st 2022, was highly unprofessional and highly uncalled for. I will not EVER recommend somebody to buy a vehicle from this lot. Theres also been multiple people that have told me there is always some sort of issue with any type of vehicle from this sales lot. If I could rate it a 0 out of 5 I would but I cant do its a 1 star rating. Regardless of what the contracts state the seller should be willing to actually sit down with their customers and try to come to reasonable agreement after something like this happens. However after my experience with the car lot I highly doubt that theyd be willing to do anything if the sort regardless of how they were spoken to.
