  **** *********** has lied so may time about a refund for th bogus Warranty I don't want til I refuse to call him. First, it was send him an email and a check will be sent to the bank. A month later it is I am trying to expedite things and I contacted your lender. Well, l have a letter now documenting his latest fabrication - we are mailing a check. Do not trust these people, smiling faces. They are incomplete my temp tag has expired and in all honesty I hate I bought the trailer.

  Bought an Rv from them in 2023. Paid it off in Feb 2024. Called and asked for the ************* refund. Here it is Sept 2024 and still no refund. I had to call the ********************* to get the documents and physically force them to do the paperwork. ********************* sent it to them in August. They are refusing to send me my money. I have called and gone in person many times. They are a horrible company to do business with.

  This company goes through employees like water. The first person promised everything wrong would be fixed. The second person said they would fix everything and then I called to find out if my camper was done yet she said they needed to contact ******* aRiver to get parts as they would not pay for any parts even though it was previously promised it would get fixed without a problem. They were still waiting for ******* River. The next time I called she stated everything was approved and when all the parts come they would replace and fix everything. They fixed only some of the things. The shower part that the curtain is attached to was to be replaced as it was plastic and magnetic and did not close at the top six inches. They didnt do it and said when I bring it back they will replace it. They replaced the front arm of the awning as it is slightly bent and dented on walk through. They replaced it and bent the back awning arm and now that one doesnt sit flush like it was when I brought it in. She left and the next person doesnt know what happened previously or what was said. That person I dealt with said we are only going try and bend the curtain holder and not replace it despite the fact that I was told they got the part from ******* River. They said I was just out of luck if it isnt what I want. He also stated the awning arm was bent and not flush when I brought it in despite the fact that he wasnt there when they bent it. He said the owner looked at it and said that is just how they are. He even try to show me a different camper are and said see that is how they are. The one he showed me was how they are supposed to be but that is not how the arm on my camper is now. They do not honor warranty work. They damaged my camper. They had it off and on for a total of a year to fix the items that were wrong during walk through. THThe owner apparently is okay with ***** work. I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. I SUGGEST YOU RUN NOT WALK FROM THIS COMPANY.
