      **** and ****** were polite and explained everything well. However, they forgot to mention that inside the oven was the instructions manual. We turned on the oven as advised and lots of smoke and odor came put. Once we opened it we realized the magazine was inside it. Im still giving them 5 starts because they did a great job and I should of checked inside regardless. It was my responsibility. Im sharing what happened to us so maybe next time the manual can either be placed outside the oven or you can mention it is in there before we turn it on.

      ****** and **** were quick and helpful and also arrived at the earlier part of the apt time so didnt have to wait long and they communicated their arrival. Didnt leave any sort of mess. Highly recommend

      ****** and **** did a fabulous job of installing our new washer and dryer! They arrived right on time, and had them both setup and running in under a half hour! Impressed by their courtesy and professionalism. Could not be more pleased.
