    Zero Stars. Paid $20,000 for a waterproofing system to only have water damage three years in a row after multiple failed pumps that could not handle the the area of my home. I was told I did not need a system stronger than what was installed and I would not have water in my basement. Project manager, ***** Boarders, insisted we would not have water in our basement and after three years of replacing trim, walls, flooring AND his pumps he installed, only thing he had to say was he can't stop mother nature. He knew this was a basement we were trying to finish for our kids I asked for a solution and because we were guaranteed to not have water coming in and he was confident he could fix our problem. Now were thousands of dollars in damages later. He also walked out while I was speaking to him. Not a professional business whatsoever. Will only take your money. Lifetime warranty on working pumps only. What a joke.

    Thank you for your review. We sincerely appreciate the opportunity to help you and as well your home. Unfortunately, we are not in control of armatures that fail within the pumping stations. We as well have replaced them every time you called. Local businesses do not manufacture the pumps.
