I ordered a lithium golf cart battery on 4.16.25. Money was taken out of our account on *******. Weeks went by with no tracking info, several (many, many) emails and phone calls were exchanged. Each time I got a different answer, the tariff situation, the warehouse, the supplier's fault. I even receive two emails my items would be shipped "this week" and tracking would be provided. Nothing. I keep calling and IF they answer the phone, they say again, oh, its a tariff situation or its Trojan battery company. How can you keep in business if you can't even come up with one battery! I just want my money back and I never want to do business with these crooks again.Business Response

I placed an order with GOLFCARTSTUFF.COM -AKA (*******************.) on 07-11-2024 for 3 items. (1) EZGO TXT seat covers $109.00 (2) 4 ****** Super Turf K500 Tires $179.96 (3) EZGO Universal Keys $9.99. The items totaled to the amount of $284.94 + $19.94 tax, for a total of $304.88. When I received the items, the seat cover was damaged. I contacted the company by phone to let them know i received the cover in a damaged condition and requested a refund in the amount of $117.68 ($109.99 + $7.68 tax). They advised a refund would be issued and sent me a return label by email on 07-31-2024. I printed the shipping label and mailed the return the following day on 08-01-24. After several days of waiting for the refund, I contacted GOLFCARTSTUFF.COM again by phone and spoke with an employee. They stated that the return was in their possession and a refund would be issued as soon as possible. I waited for several more days and still had not received a refund. I attempted to contact the company again on multiple occasions, only to get their voicemail. I left several messages over multiple months without any response. I realized that they weren't going to respond or refund my money. I contacted my bank and gave them all of the correspondence between myself and GOLFCARTSTUFF.COM. They agreed that I was due a refund, but since the matter was more than 120 days old they could not pursue a collection of money for a refund per their policy. This just seems to be something that fell through the cracks...It has been a while since the original order. I ordered a rear seat from this company and after 10 days and I never received my seat or tracking info I called to request a refund and was never called back. And I also sent a email which I got a response back saying sorry for the delay. But I no longer wanted the seat from them and now I have to wait because they sent it out after the email. But I asked for a refund before that and a call back and they did neither of the two. I want my full money back. Which I can get but after I send them back the seat. I want the owner to rectify this situation cause lot of reviews have said the same thing.. it's not just a one time thing.Business Response

In the middle of the holiday rush the order from Mr. ******* was admittedly mishandled by us. There was some back and forth and upon his last call it had turned out that his item was in transit and that did not make him happy and preceded to use a lot of expletives. I let him know that he can return the item, and we would give him and full refund he was then upset that he would have to pay to return the item, and I told him that was not the case, and we would provide him a pre-paid label no charge to him and still give him a full refund. He then used more expletives and said we were lucky, and he was going to need the item anyway.
After a few minutes he called back and wanted the label and said he wanted to return the item so that we would not make a dime off him. As we were on the phone, I emailed the label, and he received it while on the phone and used more expletives.
Since this phone call he has received the item and opened a chargeback claim against us, so him money has been deducted from us, and he has still not returned the seat.
******* the whole time I was very apologetic and admitted that we messed up and I would do what I could to fix the mishap by us, but he was not having it and continued to use expletives.
We would be happy to continue a conversation with him, but it would have to be a more professional manner. At this point he has harassed us enough; he has the product and his money and a return label. If he would like to discuss further happy to come to a amicable resolution.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:
The preseason for the i was mad is because I called on the Saturday and said I wanted a refund in the voicemail and left my number.. did I get a call back. Absolutely not.. so I emailed them... the part should have never been sent to me. Now I have to drive a good distance to take it to a facility cause of the size. Which I should have never received and got my refund in the first place. And according to multiple people online I was not the only one that got "mishandled".Business Response
