    We placed an order for a full service kit for ******* 450 for $368.11. They stated they had the parts in stock. A month later we called for an update and they stated they would have it drop shipped. We received a fuel filter only ($29.99) not the full kit. After several attempts to get either the remaining order shipped or cancel the remaining items on the order we received an email with a link to the ***. The link didn't work (error message attached). We cannot get Hydronic Heating Warehouse to respond and they have not refunded the money.

    Ordered some heater parts online from them on September 24, 2024. Order number *****. Received a confirmation email, confirmation number #6AP72I2AR. No further progress -- no parts, no communication. I have tried contacting them via their chat system, via phone calls, via email. No response. It seems there are multiple reviews of similar incidents. The website is still open, showing "same day shipping". I would be happy to receive the parts but would at this point prefer a refund to my original credit card.This company is also operating as Master Tech RV in *******, *******.

    On December 04, 2024, using the web site "**************************" I ordered Service kit #**** for a CO45DRF Hurricane Heater, which stated the parts were in stock. On Dec 14, 2024 I tried to contact by phone ************ and the only thing I got was an automated answering service; press 1 for this and 2 for that (you know the routine) and no place to leave a message or talk to a human. I then sent and email and was issued a ticket #**** and never got a follow up. I notified my bank that I feared that I am a victim of fraud and let them handle it. It is now January 31, 2025 and I have no parts or no refund.

    Placed an order on 12/17/2024, every time I check the order status it says order is waiting for fulfillment. I have called over a dozen times to be updated on what is taking so long and no one ever answers the phone and the voicemail box is full. Reviews for this company is 2.4 and a lot of the other complaints are similar to mine with some saying they never received product or a refund.
