      Selling things they dont have. ******* is the most disrespectful person. Just excuse after excuse. They create a label so tbeh dont get In trouble with ******. Your part never gets shipped. Or its a month late. Buy from anyone else but these guys.

      Customer messages on Friday night almost midnight on a national holiday weekend and expects an answer.  Then sends another message on Monday, the day of the holiday and still expects an answer.  I informed him of us being closed for the holiday weekend and him sending the first message during closed business hours.  He did not like that and wanted us to be working all weekend long.  There was a delay with his part coming in.  We stopped the order and even upgraded shipping without charging him as it was not his fault.  Then customer claims it was not shipped, even though our carrier did not pick up for the day yet.  It will be there tomorrow for when he needs it by, which is 2 days late not a month late. Sorry for the delay

      Ordered parts from Speed Outfitters through Amazon on a Saturday. Shipping label was created on Monday, the next business day. It took 3 days from the time label was created to the time **** acknowledged that they had it. This is typical of ****, not necessarily the fault of the seller. Amazon had estimated shipping at 1-2 weeks, and the package was in my mailbox the Saturday after I ordered it (3 days after **** accepted it). New parts in an undamaged box. Zero complaints.

      Okay, I didnt cancel my order with them soon enough on Amazon. **************** replied that item was too far into shipping process to cancel. I understand, no problem. What I didnt like was a sarcastic comment at the end of the email. Not professional at all.

      Customer sent request over 24 hours after it was ordered. Shipping department is in earlier than everyone else and had already shipped it so we did not get to the cancellation before it was shipped. Apologized for shipping it too quickly that we were not able to stop it. Was not a sarcastic ********** was apologizing to them. Did offer the customer to return it once they received it.
