      I am not sure on the date of the transaction, but this is what happen. I went to OSMC because I have gout. I got behind on some bills because I was in the hospital for several different times and so it went into collection and I paid it my balance of ****** to the collection agency on February 23 of this year (2024) I need a fallow up appointment and now OSMC is telling me that there is a ****** for a reinstatement fee and they didn't say anything about it till today when I tried to make an appointment. I don't have that kind of money to just give to anybody and I feel like I am being taken for a ride and I don't like it. I am still paying some of my other bills that I have. I don't think I should have to pay the reinstatement fee. I also don't think it's right that when I did go into OSMC I was in there maybe 5 minutes and charge me ****** to ****** and I do more of the waiting then my actual appointment so I think they should pay me for waiting like 20 to 30 minutes before they come and see me.

      I am sorry I did not get back with you sooner it is that i was having trouble opening it up and the Complaint number is ******** and no it is not solved because they have not tried to contact me. It is not in my place to contact them if they want to keep me as a patient. So, if they don't call me then i take it that they don't need me.
