    The owner agreed to refund a partial down payment for a pool I had intended to have installed on a property that I sadly was not able to secure and build a house on. And as such don't have a spot to install a pool. I came to the agreement on a fair refund and not the total amount paid of $15k. However the owner has failed to secure said agreed upon refund and now is no longer responding.

    Hi there! So this is entirely FALSE. In the contract it states you have 2 days to change your mind. **** took over a year to change his mind, so technically we did not have to refund at all. We have already ordered parts for this pool and that is why we gave him a refund of a little less, which we DID NOT have to do at all as stated in the contract. We have also had no calls from **** at store which is ************. We are able to refund him, he just needs to come and pick up the check. We had to wait until our season was active to have the funds tro be able to issue that refund.
