Order was placed on 10/28/2023 for two ****** 22" Power Sofa Cables. Due to COVID/Supply Chain Issues as I was told, the order was delayed. Called many times and was very patient. Finally called and canceled the order as I needed the product to complete repairs. Decided to remove sofa needing repairs due to unavailability of parts. Was told I would receive refund check. more weeks-months passed, no check. Received call the parts were in. I advised the order was canceled and a check had been promised. Response was OK, I will get a refund check out to you. I have received no refund check and it is nearly impossible to make contact with the company. I am owed $105.26Business Response

On July 9th 2024 I ordered an inner skylight from surplus online. Their website said that the product was in stock. When I did not receive a shipping email I contacted the company by phone and he said that it would be 2 weeks to get them in. After 2 weeks he still did not have the skylight I ordered and he said he would refund me the $64.68. He also informed me that it would take up to 48 hours to reflect on my account. I never received said refund into my account so I contacted owner by phone and was told he got an error trying to refund the money and would have to mail a check. This was 2 weeks ago and I still have not received said check by mail. I have now been in contact with my bank. I have tried to contact company multiple times since check was supposed to be sent and no one answers the phone and calls go to a voicemail which is full.Business Response

I apologize for the delay with your refund. Now that you have contacted your bank I'm sure that they have initiated a chargeback and they will be giving you the charge amount and the card company will be deducting the amount from our account. At this point we cannot issue a refund check until we can determine that you have not received the credit already. I will try to follow up with authorize.net which is our processor to determine what caused the error and also if there is a pending chargeback in process. I can normally be reached at ************ between 9-4 EST Mon-Fri, however for the past three weeks I have not been available due to a medical situation they kept me out of the office.

I am rejecting this response because: I was told that I would be receiving a refund check in the mail within the first week of august. It was only after I didnt receive said refund check that I got my bank involved. If you still havent issued a refund check my guess is you never intended to. And after I read the other complaints on bbb about your company this scenario of not receiving a promised refund from you and then not being able to get ahold of you after happens a lot.Business Response

On or about Oct 11 2023, I ordered 2 swing out cup holders, part # ******. I never received an email confirmation. Deciding I needed 2 additional swing out cup holders, I ordered 2 more on Nov 11 2024. This time I did receive a confirmation email, order #*****. After not reveiving either order after Christmas, I tried contacting the company by phone. Both phone numbers went straight to voice mail. Both voice mails were full and I could not leave a message. I called multiple times after that with the same result. I have tried contacting the company through their website multiple times and by email, also multiple times, to no avail. At present, I am in contact with my bank to see if they have a solution.At this point, I would like to receive a refund for the total amount removed from my bank, $ *****Business Response

We apologize for the delivery difficulties of these imported items. As requested we have made a full refund for both orders. The oldest we had to issue a refund check since the time for us to refund to his card had expired. The newer order had not expired and credit was issued to his card. On 8-18-23 I purchased a (fire escape hatch) (17 inch by 26 inches) from this company. After not receiving my item way overdue and they said they had it in stock. Not a back order. I needed this in a timely manner. After not receiving no response from the company through email, I tried calling their number which was disconnected. After further looking through the reviews, I realize this company has been doing this for over 4 years. They have been taking people's money. Not only taking their money but not responding and if they did respond through the reviews (***) was the owners Name. It seems like they have four different website with the same sales and merchandise using the same city and state. They are all connected some way somehow. I spent $191.25 on the item I am not getting it seems. I would like my money back in a timely manner so I can use it for something that I need. This business has been ripping people off for over 4 years and no one has stopped them yet. I am not sure how they are able to still do this. Can someone get a hold of me through my cell phone at ************ to try to stop the scamming that is going on through websites in ******* Take the time to read the reviews. They are not nice and it has been happening a long time. I need to please be reimbursed as soon as possible. My camper was leaking and I needed this ASAP. Now that I realize I'm being scammed I am not happy!! I'm more upset that they are continuing to do it after they have been reported multiple times.Business Response

I would like to point out that his order was not place until 9-18-23 not August as indicated and our website does not state that we have this item in stock. I also have no record of this man trying to contact us at the phone number on our website nor an email from him. Had he contacted us I would gladly have explained the situation to him.

On May 30, I placed an order for new seat covers for the dinette in our RV. The order #***** was confirmed by email. I expected 4-6 weeks for delivery. (Confirmation email attached in 2 parts)I called them mid-July, and was told that the covers would be shipped the following week. I called again at the end of July, and was told that *** had lost the order. In a follow-up call, I was told that they would rush another set to me, and I would have it before our move out of state on August 12. Yesterday, August 7th, 2022, I received a box from them. Inside was some fabric. Just loose fabric, not seat covers. (Picture attached)I would accept either a refund, or a finished product. Our address will have changed by next week - The goods would have to be shipped to a new address.Business Response

We received an order for replacement cushion covers from this customer on May 30th with an anticipated lead time of 4-6 weeks. We shipped the order on **** and at the end of July we became aware that they had not received the order. Upon followup with *** we discovered that they had lost the order and they were unable to locate it in their system. On August 1st we initiated a new order and I told her that we would rush the order which we produced in 1 week rather than our normal 4-6 weeks. Somehow an error was made and some of the same material got shipped to her but it was not sent in place of her order which was also sent and is due to arrive to her today. In my investigation of this incident I do not know what we could have done other than what action we did take.Customer Answer
