    I purchased and water tank and received it with a manufacturing defect. The side port was not properly sealed/closed and was leaking. I sent several photos and videos where the customer service stated they couldnt see the leak despite me sending a video of the port actively leaking. Then they tried to void warranty by any means ex: they tried to say I had a pump to fill the tank which I dont but because they thought I did, the warranty is voided. Absolutely no help, they couldnt even provide solutions to fix the manufacturing defect.

    I purchased a roof kit for my RV off Amazon from a third party seller. The rubber membrane for roof came tightly folded in a box. This created permanent creases and wrinkles in the membrane. It needs to lay flat on the roof but is not able to due to the damage. I can not use this product for its intended purpose. The way it was packaged and shipped is what caused the damage. The seller refuses to give me a refund. Amazon A-Z coverage has denied me help, without providing specific reasons. I have photos of the damaged product. This product can not be used for intended purpose. I want a refund for the damaged product I received.

    April 19, 2022 is when I puchased tanks, T 200, was *****, T **** was 147,00 , **** dollars to certified plumber who installed them,Business said tanks were water grade and *** for food trailers, what they promised were that the tanks are made for food trailer, the provide with paperwork to provide the Health inspecter with to contact the *** which was done in my case, the tanks r not approved , but if I want to pay a minimum of **** more, just starting price the *** could come out and test said tanks, so after paying for tanks paying the plumber, drilling holes into my ***** doller trailer to accomidate said tanks, being denied by the health inspector, being told by the *** the tanks are not approved/certified, Im going to have to tear the plumbing and tanks out and start over , Id m say at the very minimum it s false advertisment which borders on fraud but Im just a laymen so thats for you to determine but from my end it's just not right, any help you could be would b greatly appreciated.

    thank you for your response from my complaint i received email from them and you said to inform you on it. THE company informed me that the product is *** certified is approved on list of *** which is exactly what they told me when i purchased their product i have already been denied by the health inspector of ******** and *************************** at the *** head analyst at the *** also told me the tanks aren't on list or approved but for $4000.00 they could come out and see if maybe they're approved, In a nutshell they're not approved. So, I   have to rip out the 2nd time to get a plumber to install more that *** approved I don't have hundreds of cash laying around to keep doing this when the company that sells these tanks stated they are *** approved and the *** says they're not. attached is all of my communication on this matter.
