    I purchased a window to fit my specific camper and when it arrived the window did not fit properly. The company advised that it was a direct replacement and that my old windows interior trim piece would secure the window in place, however the window is not the same measurement and the old trim piece does not work with the window that was sent to me. When ordering the window I asked if any other parts were necessary to install the new window and was assured by the company's representative MAKENZI that all parts would be furnished to install the purchased window. Since the window arrived I have requested assistance since it does not fit and each time I contact the company I am told that the new window is a direct replacement window and that my problem is mine and that I will have to order additional Parts in order to make the window usable for my camper. I would like to have the proper interior frame ring for the new window sent to me from the company at no cost or they can refund the total amount of the window without taking their restocking fee and shipping fees, which is in their fine print after the order was made. Prior to ordering this window I made numerous measurements at their request to ensure that the window would fit and it does not. Elk Mountain RV sent the wrong sized window, which is narrower than the oem window. They have referred me to the manufacturer whom I did not order the window from. I have sent photos, vehicle information, and measurements prior to ordering, any mistakes with my order were due to their misordering and sending me the wrong window.
