My wife and I purchased an RV stove from this company online which was confirmed (order number *****) and we paid $530.99 for the stove. There was no shipping timeline given but after 8 weeks past we checked on the status of the order to see why we have not received it and there is no way to track the order. The website for Flair Distribution is down and the phone number seems to be disconnected. We feel completely scammed and see that other customers have recently been in the same boat. Three months ago (1/12/23) I purchased a 17" Greystone Range Oven from Flair Distribution for $547.99 (order #*****). I have not received the product, I have not received any shipping information. I sent an email requesting information on when the order might ship out and have receive no response. When I tried to go through their website, it appears that the website is no longer functioning or available. At this point, I just want my money back so that I can order the product through a more legitimate website.Initial Complaint

I submitted an order on January 26, 2023. Everything I ordered was listed as in stock. My total order was $1390.97. February 3 I received one item in my order that totalled $899.99. Since then I have made several phone calls but no one answers and left messages for someone to please call me back and I have sent emails. No one has called me back or responded to my emails. I live in the same state as Flair Distribution so if my order was in stock I should have received everything by now. Order #*****.Business Response

You are absolutely correct that part of your order has not been delivered. I do show that our **************** Team has replied to you on multiple occassions, but perhaps the reply went to trash or spam. Neverthess, I apologize for the *** and Adhesive not arriving. Tracking indicates it was never picked up which means it was likely not scanned and sitting in a warehouse somehere. We show it having been packed and picked up. At this time, we are unable to ship the *** as it is now no longer in stock. We can absolutely ship the Adhesive. We can also issue a refund for those items. Please let us know your preference. Again, I am very sorry for these issues.

I am rejecting this response because:
First, no one has ever tried to contact me and without the pvc and bonding material the filon/fiberglass sheeting you did send me is absolutely of no use to me now. I would like a refund for total price I paid for everything I ordered including filon sheeting. We are going to refund you for the *** and the Adhesive based on your response, but we will not refund the Filon unless you return it to us in its original condition. The Adhesive you purchased but did not get is described below, and it is intended for the *** and not Filon. The fact that you did not receive the adhesive does not impact the usability of the Filon. However, we will refund you once returned.

I am rejecting this response because: I want full refund for shipping cost I wl have to pay to send back send back filon and not be charged a restocking fee. I would never have placed the order for filon, pvc adhesive and roofing pvc to begin with if the pvc had stated "not in stock" on your website. I feel that it was your responsibility to track the pvc and adhesive that as you stated was sitting in a warehouse somewhere. The fact that you never answer phone calls from paying customers and don't respond to emails either doesn't say much about your business ethics. I am not accepting the resolution from Flair Distribution for my complaint #******** filed with BBB against them February 15, 2023 for items not received in my order #*****. I had tried contacting them numerous times regarding status of my remaining order totalling $427.98 but no one answers the phone. I left voicemails and sent emails with no response to either. When BBB reached out to them about the complaint against they quickly responded with information as to why I didn't receive the rest of my order yet, and that I could return what I did receive, I would be responsible for the shipping, which was fine. February 21st a pending refund for $427.98 shows up in my paypal account from Flair Distribution for items in order I did not receive. Immediately after complaint was closed with BBB, I get a message from paypal March 3rd that the pending reimbursement from Flair Distribution is taking much longer than expected and then another message that the refund failed. Flair Distribution is well aware of what has happened but refuse to make it right.Sent from my **************** Galaxy smartphone

I ordered Products from this company and did not receive them can not get ahold of anyone to get updates or to cancel the order and get refunded. Flair has almost zero customer service. I tried to cancel an order before it shipped but no one would answer. After it shipped someone finally answered but informed me Id have to pay a restocking fee even though I wouldnt have had to had they answered my calls and canceled it. They sent me a return authorization/shipping label which I used. My completely unopened kit arrived back to them on November 28th and six weeks later I STILL have not gotten a refund. No one will answer my repeated calls, no one will return my voicemails, and no one will answer my emails.Business Response

The customer is correct that shipment has been delayed. However, we did communicate with the customer and refunded the expedited shipping fee on December 16th. This order was placed on December 10th, and our website indicates there may be some delays. This package is scheduled to depart our facility today via ****** and the tracking will update sometime this evening indicating it is in transit.
