      They are a scam and a joke. I needed tax advance due to emergency. The say its gauranteed you'll walk away with money that day. I was charged $570 to file them. I only did this for the advance due to an emergency and needed extra money. I was told I'd get an email with how much I'd be getting. I wasn't approved, and they took my state return when I was told it'd come out of my federal. I called Jackson Hewitt and ************* for help. Of course, neither one could help me. DO NOT HERE IT IS A SCAM AND THEY RIP YOU OFF. I wouldn't give them any stars, but It wouldn't let me, so I had to leave one.
