    complaint:Complaint Summary:I placed an order with FlameKing formally YSN imports llc, for two items: a propane torch and a 40 lb propane tank on wheels. While the propane torch was delivered, the propane tank never arrived.Issue Details:I contacted the company regarding the missing propane tank. They informed me that the tank was oversold and that I would not be receiving it. I requested a refund for the propane tank onlynot the entire order. The company responded, stating they would not issue a refund until I returned the propane torch, which I did not request to return.After receiving no further response, I disputed the charge for the missing tank through ******. However, the company provided the tracking number for the delivered torch as proof that the entire order was fulfilled. ****** ruled in the companys favor based on this misleading information.Evidence of ********************** acknowledged in an email that the propane tank was oversold and would not be shipped.Two separate tracking numbers were provided: one for the torch and one for the ******** tracking for the propane tank still shows that the item was never received from the shipper.The product specifications for the 40 lb propane tank with wheels state it weighs approximately 50 lbs, while the torch weighs only 3.8 lbs. The package I received weighed only 4 lbs, confirming that only the torch was delivered.Resolution Requested:I am requesting a full refund for the propane tank that was never shipped. The companys actionsusing the torchs tracking number to falsely claim full order deliveryare misleading and may constitute fraudulent behavior.Proper resolution would be refund for item not received or the product iteself Sincerely,**** ***** ******************** Order number *****

    To whom it may concern,

    The customer has filed a chargeback which has been resolved in their favor and they have received a refund on the amount of $214.95 which is a bit more than the cost of the missing cylinder.

    Please see attached screenshot, highlighted in blue towards the top of the page showing they have received the refund. 

    The initial refund request was for the entire order. All we were asking was for the customer to withdraw that chargeback request because it included the item that they did received and wanted to keep. We never intended to refuse the refund, we only wanted to make it the correct amount.

    As the customer has now received the refund and they also have kept the second item (the torch) this case should now be resolved.
