    This was as you will see in the advertisement a brand new front load washer and electric dryer as advertised several times in listing. Also you can see it states brand new not the case as you see in the pictures. This is a fraudulent business scamming consumers daily. Date was7/324. J's Wholesale Ellhart IN. Look at even the messages to them. They replaced the dryer with an electric non matching after I called them out on it. Same day washer hooked up poured water out leaking badly. Then forwarded pics of ***** filthy drum obviously not new as you can see in pictures. All they did was lie, ****** listing girl is a scam, ****** owner is a scam. They take hard earned money and s**** clients. BUSINEE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

    Purchased a washer from ***'s that stared having issues with draining water after a wash cycle. We returned it to ***'s and the owner refused to help us and were well within the 30 day warranty. We plan on taking ***'s to small claims court to resolve this issue.

    09/20/2023 we purchased a used refrigerator from this business with a 30 day warranty. Our fridge started running warm on 10/24/2023 we contacted this business to see if they could come out and fix it but because it was past 30 days he was no help at all and gave us a phone number of a repairman to come and fix it. We have someone come and look at our fridge today 10/31/2023 we are told this business we purchased this from is a *****. The freezer isn't sealing properly and there is not enough insulation on the back. That is basically worthless trying to fix it because it will cost us more than what we paid.

    My husband and I purchased a washing machine from this business. When we got it home and tried it, it didnt drain/spin the water out. I contacted them to let them know and also sent pictures. I was told he didnt know why it wasnt draining. He told me to manually switch it to just spin the water out. I told him I did that and the clothes were still drenched. And I shouldnt have to do that, the washer if it worked right should do it itself. He told me to take it to the warehouse today for the tech to look at it. I told him I couldnt today because my husband was at work and I cant get it from the basement myself. He said the tech would be there tomorrow after 5. I asked if I could just have the techs number so I could schedule a time that worked for all of us. He said he doesnt give it out, h*** be in the warehouse today and tomorrow. I didnt know if that would work for us and told him this is ridiculous I definitely wont be purchasing from you anymore. At which he got upset and said my attitude is poor so now he is refusing the warranty. So now Im with this $250 washer that is junk. I did tell him Id let everyone know what kind of business he is running. He keeps saying we saw the warranty when we purchased, but 1 he never showed it to us and 2 my husband dealt with him as I was tending to our toddler so if he did show it to him my husband cant read English.
