The frame and supporting structure are cracking and becoming unsafe. Resulting from poor welding poor metal figment. I have tried to get this resolved since Sept of this year. I did have another warranty issue and it was resolved with zero issues. Due to the cracks in the welds and metal the trailer needs repairs. I was asked to send photos of the issues and supply a quote to fix the trailer. After trying several businesses in my area I finally found one to give me a quote. I submitted it and the response was not our problem that's the cutting not structural. Well any cracks in metal or cracking welds is a safety/structural issue. I had the local *** look at the trailer/inspection for me. They say it is unsafe and should be fixed. If it was a semi trailer it would be red tagged and banned from rd till fixed. After a month I sent out a email asking for their disposition? The response was we are not going to do anything trailer has to be brought to us for inspection and WE will determine if we are going to fix it or not. Bare in mind I'm 2300 miles plus away from them. Plus I'm to I handle the costs to go out there and back. With no guarantee it will get fixed. Also this trailer IS still under the manufacturer warranty. To me it seems they do not want to honor their warranty as per the paperwork I signed instead continue to blow me off make unreasonable requests till it goes out of warranty. I have complies with all requests EXCEPT driving to them as this is a inconvenience to me and impractical. Considering I found a local company to fix the trailer properly.

We have advised the customer per their warranty that the trailer will need to come back to our facility for inspection based upon the claims he is making.  We are more than happy to inspect the trailer and fix any items that are warranty items.  The customer stated he did not want to do that and only wants to have someone local weld on the trailer.  This is not an option based upon the claims that customer is making about the frame structure and is plainly spelled out in his warranty.

I am rejecting this response because:This a an unrealistic request given where I live and your facility is at. You already asked me to get local quotes for repairs and by doing this you accepted the fact a repair or repairs can be done outside your facility. You just don't want to honor your warranty and a quote that was given as per your request. All other repairs to this trailer have been made out here until now. Your only reason for changing your mind is because you hope my warranty runs out and you will be off the hook!!! Which WILL BOT HAPPEN. I have complied with all your requests until your asking me to drive over 1800 miles waste my time, fuel, pay, food and lodging there and back to my  home. That is an unreasonable request and not acceptable. YOU JUST DO NOT WANT TO PAY ANOTHER COMPANY TO FIX YOUR ISSUES!
