    On Sunday, June23, 2024 I stopped at the ******** 66 service station at exit 188 in rural ******, at the intersection of I-35 and US-50. I tired to use my credit card to activate the Rhino-Air air pump, but the card reader would not function. so i got change inside the store and inserted the required $2.75. The pump came on, but almost no air came out. After 4 full minutes of applying the hose to my tire, I got only 4psi improvement. My tire went from 26psi to 30psi in four minutes. Not the pressure I needed. I have sent emails and left phone messages and gotten no response from the company. I need my money refunded.

    We received an email from ************** on 6/25/24 regarding the equipment malfunctioning and responded. We contacted the store the following day to confirm a refund was not issued on site. 7/5/24 ************** reached out again regarding his refund of $2.75 and was given the option to refund it back to his credit card, which he denied. On 7/17/24 we prepared a refund check of $2.75 and mailed it to ************** at the address provided.

    I lost $2.50 in one of your vacuum machines on ******** &*********** in ******** at the One Stop store. I went into the store and they said it wasn't their machine and that I had to contact you. Now I know you probably are not going to refund my money but I would appreciate if you did. Please send a check to ************************************************. Please and thank you.
