    In May I bought a 2021 wolf scooter from North end cycle. As I spoke with the sales man. ***** told me that there was no warranty but northend cycle would stand behind their products. In just a few days with less than 100 miles on this brand new scooter I returned to north end cycle because I was having trouble with this brand new scooter. I waa told they couldn't help me unless I pay 95 dollars a hour for labor and full price for parts. In no way did they stand behind their products Now the scooter has **** miles on it and won't run at all. I have spent countless hours and money trying to keep the scooter running. 2 weeks ago I bought parts at full price again with no luck. I spent the entire day at the north end cycle shop as someone was to fix the scooter. At the end of the day I had spent ****** and still no running scooter. Today I found out that the parts that I payed for a week ago didn't get ordered for 3 days after I paid for them. So I still have no running scooter.Let me remind you that I bought this scooter with cash.. BRAND New. This scooter is my soul means of transportation.I can't get to work. I can't get to the store.. I want my new scooter to be the new scooter that I paid for
