      To whom it may concern"I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the defective product I received and the exceptionally poor customer service I have experienced in attempting to resolve this issue.Last fall, I purchased a drum set from ****** for $6,000. Given the price, I expected a high-quality product. Unfortunately, the set came with a defect: the 13-inch *************** produces an irritating buzzing sound that has persisted since I received it. I took the drum to Rit Drums, where ************************* Drum pro - Owner) confirmed the defect after being unable to tune it properly. This has left me with an expensive, faulty ***.Initially, I contacted *****(I believe) from ****** about the issue, back right when purchased) However, he did not have the right color replacement drum available at the time and assured me he would get back to me when it became available. Several months passed without any update. I left multiple messages with ***** at ****** but received no response. Only after I mentioned the possibility of contacting the Better Business Bureau (BBB) did ***** return my call. Unfortunately, the conversation was far from pleasant. ***** was unhelpful, rude, and condescending. He insisted that I send the defective drum for evaluation before any action could be considered, refusing to assist with sending a box or facilitating an exchange. This unnecessary inconvenience is unacceptable, especially given the price of the drum set.****** attitude has consistently been unprofessional, characterized by a lack of willingness to assist and a dismissive approach to my concerns. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, ********************* became even more hostile and unprofessional. This unproductive communication has left me with no choice but to seek resolution through the BBB organization.Hoping to come to fair/honest solution and part ways if need be!

      I ordered a trombone from an authorized dealer, and it came with some slide cream, which I put on the trombone. But this completely eroded the paint on my trombones slide! I tried reaching out, but back when I tried it told me to sent an email to which I never got a response. Then, I tried again, and there is no way to contact Conn Selmer now! This isnt fair, because now I cant contact them, and they can just ignore me! It was the Conn Selmer Tb711F

      I purchased a trumpet case on May 28, 2021. The case is made by Conn-Selmer. There are two latches on the case. Both no longer work properly. Their website says they stand behind their products for 2 years.I called their *************************** several times. Each time they told me they would look into it but they never got back to me. I sent a letter on September 29, 2022 and have not received a reply. I expect they will repair or replace the case.Thank you.
