  In March of 2023 ****************** Double started a bathroom remodel in my home at *****************After demolition of walls and electrical and plumbing he left the worksite in April with the job partially done. He never returned and did not return phone calls and texts. There was never any attempt to finish the job or any financial resolution. Uploaded are receipts and pictures of the damage left.

   On that day I was asked to come over to Mr. ******** house and do an estimate on a Bathroom remodel as well as fix a Garage Door Lock and To Remove some Tree Limbs and trees from his yard to clear the line of sight...After I had done the Yard work I Proceeded to move into the Bathroom Remodel... By Bathroom Remodel I AM speaking about tearing all the Drywall out and Re-Installing it, and well as move the Light Fixture Above the Bathroom Vanity Sink... Once I Had the Light Fixture Removed I Had Notified ****************** that his Wiring Needed to Be Redone, And ReStrung...****************** Had Asked Mr. ****** if I Done Electrical Work, I Stated On Multiple Occasions that I DO NOT TOUCH ELECTRICAL OTHER THAN TO CHANGE OUT A RECEPTACLE OR A LIGHT FIXTURE, BECAUSE WHEN OT COMES TO ELECTRICAL WORK YOU HAVE TO BE UP TO DATE ON THE SPECIFICATION AS WELL AS UP TO CODE ORDINANCES, WHICH AT THIS TIME I DO NOT POSSESS A DEGREE FOR HVAC, *** STAYED THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET TO GET FIXED BECAUSE THEY PEOPLE THAT PUT THE ELECTRICAL IN LAST TIME JUST THREW ALL THE WIRING TOGETHER AND TIED THEM WITH ELECTRICAL TAPE AND WIRE CAPS...AS A MATTER OF **** BECAUSE THE ***** WHERE ALL WIRED TOGETHER MADE IT A SAFETY HAZARD TO THE HOME, AND I TOLD MR. AS WELL AS ******************* THE EXACT SAME THING, THAT IF IT WASN'T FIXED, THAT IT COULD CAUSE A FIRE IF SOMETHING WAS TO GO WRONG WITH THE ELECTRICAL GOING OUT... I TOLD ****************** THAT I WOULD NOT BE COMFORTABLE DOING ANY ELECTRICAL WORK DUE TO ME NOT HAVING A CERTIFICATION IN ELECTRICAL... I THEN COMPLETED THE *** AND WENT ON TO THE NEXT *** I HAD LINED UP... ABOUT 2 WEEKS LATER I RECEIVED A TEXT FROM ****************** AND WAS ASKED IF I WAS GONNA FINISH THE *** AND I TOLD HIM UET AGAIN THAT I DO NOT TOUCH ELECTRICAL WORK BECAUSE IM NOT CERTIFIED TO DO ELECTRICAL WORK AND ALSO TOLD ****************** THAT I WOULD HELP HIM FIND AN ELECTRICIAN TO TAKE CARE OF THE HOME... I THEN GET A TEXT MESSAGE FROM MULTIPLE PEOPLE STATING THAT ****************** IS DEFAMATING  MY BUSINESS...  HAVE SINCE HAD TO CHANGE MY PHONE NUMBER BECAUSE MR. ***** MRS.  ******* WERE INCITING A HATE GROUP ON MY BUSINESS, AS WELL AS PEOPLE THREATENING MY WIFE AND I, WHEN WE ARE OUT BECAUSE OF MR. ******** IDLE THREATS OF REPERCUSSIONS.... 

  CONCLUSION IS THAT ****************** ONLY GAVE MY BUSINESS A TOTAL OF $600 FOR ALL THE WORK THAT HAS BEEN DINE, AND I BELIEVE THAT ****************** IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS OWN ELECTRICAL BILL BECAUSE THE **** THAT I MR. DOUBLE HAD TOLD HIM ON MULTPILE OCCASSIONS THAT I DO NOT DEAL WITH ELECTRICAL WIRING WORK AND ANYONE THAT INQUIRES ABOUT MY SERVICES ARE FULLY AWARE THAT I DO NOT DO ANYTHING ELECTRICAL....

  As shown by the pictures Mr. ****** did not finish even the drywall portion of the job. Baseboard torn out, no painting, 

  no finishing, ceiling not touched and window frame torn up. Mr. ****** removed the electrical and left it in a non working state.

  If he was not qualified he should not have done that. He offered to bring someone in for the repair but did not do so.

  He offered to paint and showed me the color but never followed up. The bathroom door and cabinet were not reinstalled.

  There is no problem with the work done outside of the house which was a seperate job and was not mentioned in the original complaint.

  The electrical was left such that the light was constantly on and not hooked to the switch. The electrical was repaired afterwards by another

  contractor. Also, a third contractor has finished the bathroom, both at a great expense to me.
