I brought my car to Smith Service Center, LLC because it kept dying. They replaced the battery and connectors, but the issue continued. I contacted them multiple times, paid out of pocket for a tow, and later they blamed the issue on my dome light being left on—which is not true.
I paid for multiple repairs: a battery, hoses, and struts. The struts were defective and had to be replaced. I also found out they reused the old battery connectors instead of replacing them, as I was told.
I spent $3,951.30 in total, and the original issue is still unresolved. I’m requesting a proper repair at no additional cost or a refund for the failed repairs.

Ms. ****** filed the same complaint with the In***** A******* G******; we will be responding to the higher authority.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because the business completely ignored the issues I raised. I paid $3,951.30 for repairs that were supposed to stop my car from dying, but the problem was never resolved. They reused old battery connectors, installed defective struts, and misdiagnosed the issue.

Recently, my car died again while I was out of town on a road trip, proving the repairs were not effective. I do not want more repairs — I am requesting a full refund for the failed service. Their response to the BBB was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my complaint, they said they would only respond to the In***** A******* G******* showing no effort to resolve the matter here.

    Sincerely,
    ******* ******
