    Hired Newburgh Bath Experts 05/14/2022 to complete a remodel of our master bathroom. All in costs would be after adjustments 33,198.42 to complete the remodel. The start date was to be 07/20/22 and we were told it would be about a three week process to complete. At the time of this filing of complaint the bathroom is not usable due to the amount of work still needed to complete. Several paint, sanding, dry wall in all of the walk-in closets and the main bathroom area are unfinished. This makes it impossible to move toiletries and personal items back into the bathroom. Toilet is not usable due to being installed incorrectly and could possibly leak if flushed. Vanity top is scheduled to be installed 12/21/22 with no plan to finish the install. Contractor has consistently blamed third party vendors for delays, but after conferring with the vendors they have confirmed poor management by the contractor. The contractors dates and timelines do not agree with vendors dates and timelines. Contractor has delayed the delivery of materials due to not ordering several days or even weeks later. Most recent he has delayed the delivery of the vanity counter top due to the refusal to pay for it until recently. We have paid the contractor in full Sept. 14th, 2022 for all of the work and materials to be completed.

    remodeling or Kids bathroom. Work was suppose to start Feb 25th 2022. This job was a mess from the start. Bad / lack of communications, unknowlegeable workers. and lack of supervision from owner. We agreed on a price in 2021 and showed **** a picture what I wanted including a older Claw foot tub that I wanted to keep and a $1000 tub and shower kit to go with it. Shower head was to go inside the tub ( picture is included what I wanted ). I came home after work to find he had put a cheap shower head and facet ( costing about $200 ) into the wall instead of rising inside the tub. Also a Privacy Shower curtain rod that reached out 8-10" from the tub. Water would no be contain. if use. When I called him that this was not what I wanted he argued with ne and said the item was back ordered indefinitely. I called the company and was told it was backordered, but only until end only until April 30th. I called **** back and he said he would order it and redo the mess he crew put in when it came in. Feeling I could not trust him, I went ahead and order the kit myself ( it came in around May 1st). Meanwhile his crew contiuned to install the plumbing which had sink drain running up hill to main drain line from toilet and other work not to code. Main drain was silicon sealed into it drain line going to sewer and leaked into kitchen ceiling below and ruined it. His employee said he would repair the ceiling. There was so much wrong with plumbing **** told be to hire my own plumber and he'd pay, but never did. Electrical work was a mess I can not or have room to explain here. I had the vanity custom made and mirror custom made. When they came in, I informed **** and he wanted to know what else needed done. I told him all the issues and wen asked twice when to finish up, he has never replied. To this day it is still not finished and I hired plumber and electrician to straighten out the mess. Since then the water from the tun has cause the black grout to run down the wall. Total mess
