      While bowling at league at Franklin Lanes; the league secretary and I got into an argument. By the end of the night we had resolved the argument and moved on.
      Two other bowlers in the league, one drunk, walked down to me and threatened to “bury” me and attempted to assault me. I was able to get the guy away from me and someone yelled they were calling the police. I stated I would not be leaving the establishment until I talked to the police due to being threatened and the drunken person attempting to put their hands on me.
      The drunk person then told me to “cash my welfare check to pay my league fees.” I am a black male and he is a white male with affiliations with white gang related groups.
      I became frustrated and began yelling the the man was a racist. Three drunk white men attempted to push me out the door yelling they were taking me outside. I would not allow them to remove me from the facility.
      The police and owner came. The police did not write anything of what I said in the report.
      After talking to the owner later that night, he told me that I was banned after I called him a liar for saying he had just got there when the police stated he had been there for over an hour.
      The next day, the owner of the bowling center called to tell me I was banned along with the drunk white man who told me he was going to “bury” me and told me to “cash my welfare check to pay my league fees.”
      When asking why I was banned, I was informed I was banned for arguing with the league secretary.
      I asked the owner of the bowling alley of the guys who attempted to drag me outside were banned. He said no. I asked if the league secretary was banned for arguing with me also, the owner said no. I asked if the person who stood up threatened to fight everyone was banned. The owner said no.
      Overall, I was/am very disappointed with this owner. I am being punished due to a drunk white man threatened me and attempting to grab me. Everyone involved was not banned.
