      I hired Dirt Finders to clean my apartment in ********** on a bi-weekly basis. Their contract and all materials state that they have a satisfaction guarantee - if you are unhappy with cleaning they will send someone to redo the service or correct the issue. On more than one occasion, I told them that areas had been missed. Instead of offering to reclean, they said they would no longer clean my apartment since I was not satisfied and had left negative feedback.
      Since they did not honor the satisfaction guarantee that they promise, they should refund some of the fees paid for insufficient service.

      Dirt Finders provided service five times between July 2023 and September 2023. In every service the customer provided a written satisfactory scorecard on each of the areas that we cleaned. The customer initially asked for extra attention in a few areas and we complied. While the scorecards in each of the five cleanings showed "satisfactory" or "very satisfactory" scores, the standard work we did never seemed to be enough to completely satisfy, as there were always extra remarks that asked for more than what was originally agreed upon. While we appreciate the opportunity to work with this customer, we feel that we were not the right fit for this customer and terminated the service. We wish them well, and feel that this matter is closed.

      I am rejecting this response because: While I do not expect Dirt Finders to take any responsibility for not complying with their own service level guarantees nor any other aspect of dissatisfaction (since they never did accept any responsibility) I do want to note that their response is misleading. On multiple occasions I indicated on the "scorecard" or called them directly to discuss areas of concern. At no time did they offer to "make it right" as their guarentee claims they will. I do not want any further interaction with this business and am VERY happy to have found a company that does actually understand customer service, but I do feel it's important for consumers to understand that Dirt Finders does not deliver what they promise.
