    I purchased shirts and sweaters for my daughter for school on 7/31/25. The order was supposed to be ready by August 15. I have copies of this on the receipt. I have reached out several times to the business with no response because I have not received the order.

    On 8/7/24 I placed an order for 5 tshirts and a sweatshirts. The tshirts were $14 each and a crew neck sweat shirt was $25. After order placed the email said they wouldn’t be ready until 8/22 so I had asked the order to be rushed because they were school shirts for my daughter. She agreed to do so. She messaged me 8/10 telling me the tshirts were done but not the crew, I told her to let me know when all were done so I didn’t have to drive across town twice. I never heard from her again. I messaged on 8/14, 8/15 & 8/21. Numerous texts, calls, Facebook messages etc I have record of all contact. She finally messaged me back telling me all shirt and sweatshirt were ready and outside in bin. I specifically asked if the crewneck was in there and she said yes I have two bags out there. I have this in text also. I drove over there right away only to find 5 tshirts. No crew neck. I called numerous times while there, text, messaged on Facebook to get ignored again. I can provide proof of all attempts to contact as well. Finally on 8/22 I posted publicly on her Facebook page telling her that she owes me $25 for a crewneck. I did not receive after she told me that it was ready. She immediately took the comment on her public page down and sent me an email stating she had refunded the $25. This was on 8/22. The email states it takes 9 to 14 business days for the refund to process. The refund has not came. After trying to contact her several times today to be ignored, She finally text me back at 9 PM tonight stating that she did refund it and sent me the screenshot from 8/22. She blamed my bank, but I have contacted them and I have screenshots of all of my transaction history from 8/22 to current. When I asked her if she had proof that $25 came out of whatever account she refunds from she stopped responding. After I posted on her Facebook page publicly on 8/22 I had a lady reach out to me saying that she has kept tons of peoples money and I have seen several people post about her

    She finally sent a payment late Friday evening after she had told me that it’s my issue and problem with the bank and I had asked her if she had proof it withdrew from her account and that I had reported her. This still needs to be documented. She has done this to so many people who were to afraid to press the issue.

    8/15/2024 original order placed
    8/21/2024 owner of business messaged and said she had the items ready
    * I asked if I could pickup Sunday and I intended on paying cash.
    8/22/2024 I was asked to pay first.
    8/23/2024 Paid for items through website link provided
    8/25/2024 Date I asked if I could pick up, owner informed me she would be back in town later that
    evening.I asked if I could come out tomorrow to get items if it was too late in the evening
    since we were having a birthday celebration that evening. No response from Owner
    8/26/2024 9:09 am Messaged and asked if I could pick up the items and said I'd be out that day
    8/26/20204 4:20 pm messaged to see when I could get them. Again no response from owner.
    8/27/2024 Boyfriend messaged about ordering shirts and was immediately answered. When he asked about my order, owner promptly asked him when the website said I could pick up the items. I showed him my phone and the messages and he took a picture and said that according to the messages the items were already done. Website said 9/9/2024 between 9a-4p, which, according to the website, business is closed that day (Saturday)
    8/28/2024 I messaged again and explained that my boyfriend messaged just because I hadn't heard from owner, and said I didn't mind waiting, but owner told me that the items were done, and I asked to only have owner communicate with me instead of telling me something was finished, having me pay for products that owner said were done, and then ghosting me. I have no problem picking up on 9/9/2024 but I would just like a response to my messages

    Everyone has to pay before an item is received just like going to a big department store. She picked her items up earlier than anyone else has . Over a week before he said due date. Her husband sent over a threat about showing up at my house to get her shirts or the money before her due date which is not safe for anyone. When she said she would pick the shirts up she sent her mother in law a day later. She has her shirts and there will be no refund as she got her items well in advance than when they were due.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Although I have proof that the items were told they would be finished before the online order form said they would be ready, I do not want a refund, I never wanted a refund. Refund was the only option available on the BBB website that was remotely close to the issue at hand.  The only thing I asked for was communication and the business owner would not return any messages to me until AFTER my boyfriend got them. 

    Also, I work 12 to 14 hour days and since I don't know the area that the shirts were to be picked up at, I didn't feel safe going at 10pm, so I sent my Mother-in-Law during the day.  It wasn't safe for her to have my boyfriend come out to get the shirts or money, but I'm supposed to go to a neighborhood I don't know at night with a person who has already shown dishonesty. 

    I wish the business the best, but she needs to learn how to respond and not tell a person that they can pick up on Sunday and not even answer until Wednesday after her partner messages. No matter what the website said about time, if they wouldn't have been done, I was fine with that.  All I wanted was to have my message responded to. It's that simple.

    I contacted the owner “***** *****” on her personal Facebook page. I had seen her post about her LLC, so I decided to support her. I ordered the jacket in early December, for Christmas. My dad paid her $90, and she showed me that the jacket was on its way to her, to be customized. She told me when the package came, and then I the contacted her after a while about picking it up. She informed me that it she got BBQ sauce on it, and it would have to be redone. That sucks, but I told her my moms birthday was in early February, so we’ll just save it for then. About the middle of January, she told me “the jacket came in”. Since then, I have not heard a word from her. I had messaged her several times to see what was going on. Informed her that my dad was furious, and taking it out on me. Still no reply. I commented on her Facebook posts saying I sent her a message, she still didn’t open it. My friends commented “hey girl, did you see her mention she messaged you?”. Still no reply. I even contacted cash app to attempt to get a refund, but I was denied. (I think because it had been so long, I’m not sure) So, I then sent her a request for $90 on cash app, hoping she would just quietly refund me, since she clearly doesn’t want to face the matter. That request eventually expired, and I have another one, just waiting for her to refund me the money for a custom jacket I never received. It’s extremely unprofessional, and I’ve done all I can, so this is my last resort. My dad wants his money back, and he deffinitely deserves it.
