      This office provided me with a hearing aid and i gave them 2300 dollars retainer pending insurance payment then i would be refunded. They agreed on a price of 1020.00 with the insurance company and refunded me the above amount of 1020. When i asked about the remaining 1280 dollars i wasn't getting that back because the cost agreed was 2300. The office ran my insurance prior to my signing for the hearing aid there so they knew the contracted price with my insurance so the 2300 was an inflated price to start with. I contacted the office and they told me that was policy but they do not do it on regular visit charges or hearing exams they take the contracted network price as payment so it was just this service they decided to go this route. Insurance says in should have no out of pocket expense. I have never paid out of pocket before from this office for hearing aids in the past.

      I was referred to this doctors office for a consultation regarding sinus issues. After waiting almost over an hour past my appointment time, I was seen by the doctor and decided that I was not going to move forward with his plan. I stopped at the window on my way out to pay my bill. they told me that they would bill insurance first and that I would recieve it in the mail. Three months later I recieved a bill charging me $10 per month I called the office and told the woman on the phone that I needed to pay my bill but asked that she remove the late fees since this was the first bill I had recieved, She refused to remove the charges and refused to takle my payment. She then told me that my insurance company also paid late fees which was a lie as I verified this with my insurance company. They continue to send me bills with mounting late fees and will not accept payment for the actual services of the consultation. I want the business to accept my payment for the $7.46 that I owe and stop billing me over $100 in late fees.
