Mold remediation & reconstruction was started in April, 2022 & is not complete yet, over 1 year later. ServPro Vincennes started the job & was terminated June 1st, 2022 for not working. They called in ServPro West to save the job. When that didn't happen, my insurance adjuster called in ServPro East. During "reconstruction", those hired by ServPro East damaged my home resulting in cracked living room & hallway ceilings because their "handyman" didn't know how to build a header, (they built out of scraps of 2x4's) which allowed no support for the existing surrounding ceilings allowing the ceilings to drop & crack. They filled the cracks with caulking & painted over & called them fixed. Water lines were cut off & left open throughout the house-there was no water until Mar, 2023; new walk-in shower only has subfloor under 2/3 of the shower floor which caused the side seams to not match up & have gaps (they filled with caulking) & the shower floor is unstable. New flooring was installed before the 2nd "handyman" did the drywall/painting. He did not protect the new flooring & had an incident of his mixer being on the wrong setting - throwing compound all over new flooring, walls & cabinets. The new flooring is now stained, scratched and gouged. The flooring company that ServPro hired to install the flooring did not properly install. Flooring does not snap together in some areas, just butted up to next piece. Flooring cut short of walls and doorways in some areas living gaps that the baseboard will not cover. ServPro East said damaged flooring would be covered under warranty. Flooring company said they will not cover damages caused by the people ServPro had working in there. ServPro East took some personal property from my home to store in their facility & will not return unless I agree they are not responsible or liable for anything. They have $45,000 of insurance money & I got an incomplete & shoddy job. I have video/photos to support everything I've stated.

In October of 2022 we contacted ServPro regarding flood damage to our home. We went through our homeowners insurance and agreed to have ServPro do the water mitigation and repairs needed. The water mitigation was completed and paid for, $10,000. There was a contract agreeing to the other repairs being completed within approx 3 months for $13,000 additional. Unfortunately the project was delayed due to some internal issues on their end, no work was performed on the home for over a month. Upon finally moving into the home, there were a few issues to still be resolved, mainly an issue with the bathtub reinstallation in the masterbathroom. The tub surround was installed incorrectly, making it unsightly and leaking between huge gaps created by over caulking the seams. The owner, ****, has came to the home, documented the work and agreed it is not correct. He had agreed to replace the tub surround since it was not installed correctly but never did so. He has ignored our messages and now sent us a letter stating we owe them the remaining $13k and that the tub is "warranty work" that will "be fixed after full payment is made". Due to the complete lack of communication, lies about timeframes and work done we are simply wanting the tub surround replaced correctly, as was the agreement, before paying the remaining balance owed.

We have been in contact with the homeowner and have scheduled a plumber to correct the issues created by the original plumbing company.
